July 12, 2025 – Ski Hill Tournament
Northern Flights Disc Golf presents: the first stop of our Wellness Tour, happening Saturday, July 12 at the Flin Flon Ski Hill! This unique pop-up disc golf course takes players on a scenic hike with elevation changes, uphill and downhill shots, and beautiful views.
This free, all-ages event is designed to get our community outdoors and active. New players are welcome — if you've never played before, you can choose a free disc to keep!
Enjoy a free hot dog and drink (non-alcoholic), and enter to win prizes from our generous local sponsors: Creighton's Pizza, Domino's, The Rack, Gardewine, and Hudbay.
Please wear appropriate footwear, as the course winds through hilly, natural terrain. Bring your discs, your friends, and your best throws — it’s going to be a great day on the hill!

Exciting Updates from Northern Flights Disc Golf

We’re proud to announce that Northern Flights Disc Golf has given our first Diamond Award to Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation, for our grant of over $2,000! Full details will be shared once financial statements are released at the end of the month.
We’ve also secured our official domain: northernflightsdiscgolf.com, allowing us to grow our outreach and improve our online presence.

Our YouTube channel now features four video reels, and we’ll soon be recovering our disc golf baskets that were left behind during the wildfire evacuation.
With the support from our grant, we’re still moving forward with our plans for the Traveling Disc Golf Wellness Tour. Once we return home, we’ll assess the situation and determine next steps for local leagues and events.
